Cancellation

You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days as set out in our Terms and Conditions. If the order has been delivered in the interim period then all products delivered must be returned with seals intact and unopened.

Delivery

All orders are delivered by post. It is your responsibility to provide correct information as to the address to which the order will be delivered. In accordance with UK Postal Regulations the responsibility of Aloe Health UK for safe delivery ends at the point the delivery enters the post system. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Accuracy of Information

We undertake to provide accurate and truthful information regarding the price, quality, quantity, performance, and availability of our product or service. If you feel we have not completed our obligations under this policy please contact us.
